+concept <sphere/group> = <concept>
This command is used to submit a character concept for a particular sphere (e.g., Shifter, Vampire, Mortal+) or group (e.g. APD, Hospital, etc.). Please read the news files for additional details that might be required by various staffers, some of whom have wiki pages.
