There are certain IC groups/organizations which are sorted out into rosters.
These include: the police, the hospital, the University of New Mexico (UNM) and city employees. Most commands are restricted to the members of these organizations. However, the following unrestricted commands allow people to access "public" information about some of these groups:
+hospital/roster - a list of IC hospital employees and their positions.
+city/roster - a list of city employees, including certain elected officials.
+unm/roster - a list of people with UNM-affiliation (students, profs, etc.)
