+yell/emit <text>
The +yell command shouts a message to your location and all surrounding locations, except those where the exit to that location contains the attribute NO_SHOUT set to 1. Only the gender of the noisy bugger is revealed to distant locations, not their name, unless the exit is set AUDIBLE. Overuse of this command is extremely annoying.
For example,
> +yell/emit There is a screech of brakes.
(Joe, nearby, sees) There is a screech of brakes.
> +yell Eeek! Call the police!
(Joe, nearby, sees) From nearby, a man yells "Eeek! Call the police!"
