IC Blogs
Although nearly all of this wiki is considered OOC information, there is one exception: blogs maintained here are IC. The file names aren't, though -- the URL may say Blog:Bob, but the only IC information is what's actually shown on the page. If you want to know the identity of a given blogger, you'll probably have to go digging on the game!
