Dark hair that's cut above his ears, rectangular glasses, slightly-tan skin, and stubble that's well-groomed enough that he can still pass for clean-cut. Randall takes a late twenty-something face that's not much to look at and presents it well. His brown eyes are wry but considering, certainly not unwelcoming. He's lean, and dressed well, in a black sport coat with a tie and black slacks. Nice, but clearly not high-end to those who think to look.
His hands show signs that he's worked with them for a living, if maybe not recently, but from his face he's probably never been in a real fight in his life. He's fit, but not much beyond that.
