Weapons Permits

Weapons permits will now include all permits under them. If you have a Class A permit, you also have a Class B and C.
For those of you who need a refresher: Class A = Concealed Carry Weapons permit. Class B = concealed or unconcealed blade over 6 inches in length (not including spring-activated blades). Class C = New Mexico is an Open Carry state. This 'permit' is issued upon legal purchase of a firearm. You may Carry loaded in the city legally, provided you do not violate the Open Carry Legal Requirements.
The requirements for each subsequent level of permit are quite strict compared to the last and include or exceed all requirements of the class below. If you can get a Class A you can get a Class B and C.
