As a person, Timothy is soft-spoken and tends to be a quiet listener. He often steeples his fingers, and tends to watch people closely as they speak. He likes to ask leading questions, and create silences for others to fill.
Timothy is a lawyer, and works as the legal member of the Albuquerque Chantry: he handles whatever legal matters arise, and organises any Masquerade cover that is best done through legal channels. He's the best person to go to if you need a death certificate, for instance.
He also has contacts in the bookbinding industry, and is somewhat of a hobbyist bookbinder himself. And since he's been doing it as a hobby for more than a century now, he's not bad at it.
