There's a saying: The clothes make the man. It clearly applies to women, too; the first thing an observer is likely to notice about this slender woman is not her long black hair, or her dark brown eyes, her admittedly beautiful face with smooth (if somewhat pale) skin and delicate features... no, none of that is all that remarkable when compared to her rather unusual outfit.

For starters, there's the hat. She wears a top hat made from (or perhaps simply encased in) dark brown leather, the edges of the brim curved up slighly to the left and right. The front of the cylindrical top hat is laced together with a matching brown leather cord; the left side of it is adorned with a trio of clearly nonfunctional polished brass gears. The hat comes with a pair of goggles, too - the circular goggles themselves are apparently made from brass, the side worn against the face padded with dark brown leather that matches the straps of said goggles, but is ever so slightly darker than the hat. Behind the initial pane of glass the goggles have black camera-like shutters; these appear to be adjustable by little sliders on top of the goggles. The goggles are typically strapped to the hat as a decoration, although it is possible to take them down and actually wear them.

The rest of her outfit runs largely in brown and white - to begin with, there's the billowy white cotton blouse, the garment loose across her arms but somewhat tighter across the pronounced (but not ridiculously huge) swell of her bust. Though white, the fabric is thick enough to obscure what if anything she might have on underneath. Besides the blouse, she also wears a dress whose brown leather bodice is worn over the blouse, as are the leather straps that go over her shoulders to help keep the dress in place. Rather than corsetlike lacing (which it DOES have holes for), the bodice is kept together by a trio of leather straps complete with shiny brass buckles.

Below the bodice, the rest of the dress is a darker shade of brown, though it's cotton rather than leather. It doesn't quite reach the ground, though that's mainly because of her elaborate black leather high heeled boots; these reach all the way up to her knees, though most of the time they're only visible from the ankle and below.
