	Appearance:	Pretty and motherly.
	Concept:	The eldest Toreador in the city. Seems kind and motherly. Just don't cross her.

Sheriff


	Name:	Commander Franklin T. Horn
	Age at Embrace:	40s
	Age:	Unknown (At least 100)
	Appearance:	Tough and battle-hardened
	Concept:	Brujah Sheriff of Albuquerque. Franklin will tell you with great pride that he's served his country. In fact, as he tells it he served his country several times. World War 1, World War 2, Vietnam, and he's got the medals to prove it. A little battle hardened, but so far no one, or nothing has threatened the peace of Albuquerque since he took over.

Scourge

	Age at Embrace:	20s
	Age:	Unknown (Ancilla)
	Appearance:	Tall and spikey-haired.
	Concept:	He enjoyed killing in life, and it's clear he enjoys killing in unlife. One of the few Scourges that not only like their job, but look forward to doing it. Rumor has it, because of this he's kept on a very short chain. Believes himself to be the main character in a video game.

	Age:	Unknown
	Appearance:	She wears the finest designer gowns and dresses that money can buy, always with the common blue hues that are so much hers. Her exquisitely prepared blonde hair is always done to perfection.
	Concept:	Gigi is a known Toreador of Ancilla status. She is a harpy known to have close ties to ex-Prince Alouicious. She is also the Toreador Primogen.

	Name:	Bernard

	Age:	Unknown (Around 200)
	Appearance:	Tweed and glasses.
	Concept:	An ancilla with a couple of centuries (that he admits to) under his belt. He is known in some circles as a vampire historian and a teacher of neonates, and quite open for discussion with anybody who wishes it. Recently returned from obtaining some sort of artifact for the Prince that was taken by the Sabbat.

	Age:	Unknown (At least 500)
	Appearance:
	Concept:	He's been in Albuquerque so long he no longer remembers even his own name or his place of embrace. He is mad. Almost to the point of being impossible to deal with. However, his prophecies have several times saved the court, and the Malkavians don't seem to care enough to organize a better person to do the job.

Nosferatu Primogen and Seneschal

	Appearance:	Without mask, he's one of the most hideous Nosferatu going. With it, he looks like a young businessman.
	Concept:	German military, although nobody knows what military. Knows everything that's worth knowing and will trade it for a price.

	Name:	George Harlip
	Age at Embrace:	60s
	Age:	Unknown
	Appearance:	Friendly old man with a white beard.
	Concept:	Perhaps the oldest and most powerful vampire in the court. The only thing that prevents him from being Prince it seems is his unwillingness to do the job. He's the one to thank for all the security.

Ventrue

	Age:	Unknown (Around 200)
	Appearance:	Sharp business suit
	Concept:	An ancilla with two centuries under her belt, she survived the Russian Revolution of 1917, resurfacing in the 1980s with a significant amount of money and power. She's currently in Albuquerque looking to take control of the criminal underworld.
