Security Levels and Cost
See the table below for standard levels, costs, difficulty, and description of home/business security on Masq.
This table applies if:
- You are building a NEW PROPERTY, for which you want non-default security
- You are UPGRADING the security of auto-housing or other standard property which you already own
| Level of Security | Difficulty of break-in | $cash cost* | Description |
| 1 | 4 | $0 | Your property has very weak locks that only sometimes work properly. Someone might break in by accidentally leaning on your door. There are no security cameras or security staff on site. |

*$cash cost assumes the PC has no dots in Security. If the PC has dots in Security, staff will ask for +rolls and adjust the required cost accordingly.
