There's more to the world than meets the eye, and you've got the sense for it. When you come in contact with the mystical or paranormal, you get... a hunch. A tingle. That feeling in the back of your brain that something's going on. If you're really talented (three or more dots), you can even read people's auras and feel residual traces of magic on objects that have them. Of course, you need to be within the range of your other senses to get these hunches, and that's all they usually are — you might be sure that Bob's casting some kind of spell at the next table in the cafeteria, but you don't know what it is, and you wouldn't be able to sense it if he were a block away.

As with many things, the more successes you get, the more information you get. One might only give you the feeling Bob was doing something weird; three or four might give you full details. Good rolls could let you know whether something is magic or not; whether someone is alive, dead, or undead; or whether the room contains magical Resonance.
