You have the ability to suitably operate a vehicle, whether it be a motorcycle, a RV, or an armored assault vehicle. This Ability itself does not confer knowledge of all vehicles, but rather a general aptitude in their handling. Without proper training, a delivery boy cannot pilot a hovercraft.
