Mercy is about 5'8" with a slender frame. She has a pretty, almost birdlike face, with high cheekbones and her jawline leads to a chin with a graceful point. Her eyes are shaped like two almonds, and there's a hint of hazel in their brown depths. Her hair is brunette and hangs just to her shoulders with long bangs in the front.
