This Talent describes not only the the bestial nature inside every werewolf (or any animal, for that matter), but also the level of gut feelings the character has in her various half-wolf, half-human forms. Characters with a high Primal-Urge rating can rely more easily on "wolf thought" — the ability to call on raw animal instincts for guidance — rather than the rationalization so typical of humans. Moreover, werewolves with strong Primal-Urge find it easier to assume their various forms or take on partial transformations.
