William Thorn is the scion of a wealthy family. He ran for Mayor on the platform of not needing business interests. Although multiple business lobbyists moved against him, they were unable to stop the wellspring of support gained from the people of the city, and he was elected Mayor. His platform included protecting the natural splendor of the surrounds of the city, as well as bringing an unspoiled hand to the reigns of the politics of the town. Time will tell if he fulfills his promise, or is swallowed by the darkness that surrounds all good intentions.
