English Muffin. Served with a side of passion fruit confit and a drink.

Chuck's favorite! Two slices of challah french toast, topped with Vermont
maple syrup, powdered sugar, and the zest of an orange. A side plate of
orange slices keeps First Years from getting scurvy.

A hash made with firm tofu, shredded potato, sun dried tomatoes, vidalia
onions, and spices. Available by itself as a hearty vegan option, or with
eggs on the side for the less picky.

A club sandwich on rye made fresh daily in house. Comes with a pickle and
kettle chips on the side.

Fish'n'chips! Halibut in a light, flakey beer batter, and home-made
English-style chips. Served folded in newspaper.
3: Smokehouse Wagon Wheel.............................10.00
The biggest burger in Albuquerque, made with nearly a pound of ground
beef, along with bacon, chipotle aioli, and pepper jack cheese. The
University Health Service files a protest once a year or so to have it
removed from the menu.
