Perhaps this man is confused, or just distracted. Emmanuel seems to absorb everything around him with a certain amount of fascination, even tending to stare on occasion with his bright blue eyes. He rarely smiles, but when he does it's as though the sun has just come out. His voice is calm, low, and gravelly.
Overall, Emmanuel is very pleasant looking with dark brown hair that's either wavy or perhaps just messy from a forgetful lack of brushing. Normally he appears as though he needs a shave, but it doesn't detract from his appearance either.
He customarily wears a dark blue suit and tie, with a tan trench coat over it all. The tie is usually loose, as are his clothes- as though he recently lost weight. Long, dexterous fingers hang gently at his sides, poised for movement but rarely active.
