Radcliffe Foods Radcliffe Foods produces 'just like home made' ready meals and party food that is sold across the US. It is opening up a branch in Albuquerque, anticipated to open in late 2007. Currently operating from an office in Pinnacle Towers, the company is advertising for all openings. Run by CEO Michael Manson there is no public link between the company and Patricia beyond the surname.

Radcliffe's Radcliffe's Restaurant was a new business venture for the Radcliffe's company, and was located inside the Albuquerque Sands Casino. It was destroyed in the car bombing of August 23rd 2007. All 15 staff on duty at the time lost their lives.
