Roy has several commands available:

CARS: This shows a list of available cars and sticker prices.

HAGGLE <class>: This optional command will let you try and haggle for a better price on a class of car. It is based on your character's stats.

BUY <type>: Buys a car of <type> either based on the haggled price, or the sticker price.

CHANGE LICENSE of <car> to <new>: This will officially change your license in the CAR system.

Notes: You can change the name and description of cars after you buy them, so just pick a car similar in value to the one you want if it's not on the list.

Roy accepts $money from the money system. Type $cash to see how much you have, both on hand and in the bank.

There is a conveniently located ATM present, which doubles as the financing department.

Roy will take the $money from your bank or your cash. If you have enough but it's spread between the two ($cash and $Bank) be sure to either withdraw or deposit enough so there is a pool of money large enough to cover the purchase cost.
